Client Asset Safeguards

Fathomx offers some of the best cyber-security measures available to ensure that customers assets and funds are strictly protected. We regularly test and audit our security measures to ensure that they correspond to the highest industry standards.

Fathomx uses the following measures:

Two factor authentication (provided by Google Auth) for account security, preventing unwanted third party access to user accounts

Assets are held in cold storage using multisig technology

HTTPS using SSL encrypts all site traffic

Hashed and encrypted passwords, with encryption on all sensitive data

Distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack protection with Cloudflare

Regular security assessments and patches to stay ahead of potential vulnerabilities

Fathomx Trading Markets Crypto accepts only cryptocurrency deposits, and no cash (fiat currency) deposits, for account funding. In order for you to purchase cryptocurrencies using cash, or sell your cryptocurrencies for cash, in a Fathomx Trading Markets Crypto account, you must also have qualified for, and opened, a Fathomx Trading Markets Equities account with Fathomx Trading Markets Securities so that your cryptocurrency purchases may be paid for with cash withdrawals from, and your cryptocurrency cash sale proceeds may be deposited in, your Fathomx Trading Markets Securities Equities account. Therefore, if you want to open a Fathomx Trading Markets Crypto account, you must also have an Equities account with Fathomx Trading Markets Securities. This cash in your Fathomx Trading Markets Securities Equities account may also, of course, be used for your equities and options trading with Fathomx Trading Markets Securities.
