1. TS SELECT: Our zero commissions pricing for stocks, options and futures refers to our TS SELECT plan. This pricing is only available to U.S. residents. “Commission-free” for equities trades applies only to (a) exchange-traded stocks priced at or above $1.00 per share and (b) the first 10,000 shares per trade. A commission charge of $0.005 per share will be charged for execution of the following order types: (a) those shares of exchange-traded stock orders that exceed 10,000 shares, which are executed at or above $1.00 per share; (b) exchange-traded stocks orders which are executed below $1.00 per share; (c) and all OTC stocks. The minimum additional commission charge is $1.00 per executed order and the maximum additional commission charge is $50.00 per executed order for the above order types, all of which are subject to a cap of 5% of the notional value of the executed order. The execution of any direct-routed equity order will incur an additional commission charge of $0.005 per share. Index options orders will be subject to a fee of $1.00 per executed contract, and direct-routed option orders, regardless of the underlying security, will be subject to a fee of $1.00 per contract per execution.
